Erica Ray Language LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Caminos Spanish Story and Caminos Conversation Club membership. To request a refund, contact support@ericaraylanguage.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
4. Subscription and Membership Cancellation
Memberships, including the Caminos Conversation Club, involve an initial fee and recurring charges as outlined during signup.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- To cancel or modify payments, update your Account Settings or email support@ericaraylanguage.com.
- Access to materials ends upon cancellation of your subscription.
