Caminos Spanish Story Club and Caminos Conversation Club
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Caminos Spanish Story Club and Caminos Conversation Club memberships. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please follow these steps to request a refund:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will not be issued after this 30-day period.

- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds are only available for first-time purchases. Recurring payments for ongoing memberships are not eligible for refunds. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at support@ericaraylanguage.com prior to the next billing cycle.

Due to the intensive level of coaching and the exceptionally high standard of training provided in the Elevate Spanish Accelerator program, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy ensures the integrity of the program and supports our commitment to delivering a transformative learning experience.
Enrollment Process
Enrollment in the Elevate Spanish Accelerator requires a phone consultation to ensure the program aligns with your goals and expectations. During this consultation, we discuss your objectives, address your questions, and verify your suitability for the program. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy.
