About Us

Helping you turn Spanish into real connection with real people

At Erica Ray Language, we help motivated adults move beyond “studying Spanish” and into actually using it—in conversations with family, friends, coworkers, and communities that matter to them.

Whether you’re learning Spanish for life abroad, work, or to communicate with friends and family, you’re in the right place.

We believe:

  • You don’t need more apps—you need guided practice

  • Confidence comes from speaking early and often

  • Progress happens when learning fits into real life and supports your specific communication goals

This isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming present, understood, and confident in Spanish.

Erica Ray Limones

How it started

Spanish didn’t just become something I learned. It became part of my life.

I didn’t grow up bilingual. I didn’t have a “natural talent” for languages.
What I did have was a strong reason to connect with people—and a willingness to keep showing up, even when it felt uncomfortable.

Over time, Spanish became the bridge to friendships, family connections, professional opportunities, and eventually a life abroad that I never could have imagined at the beginning.

That journey is what shaped how I teach today.

I’ve now spent nearly two decades working as a Spanish interpreter, teacher, and language coach, helping adults move past hesitation and into real, meaningful communication.

Everything we do at Erica Ray Language is built around one simple idea:

Language is about people, not textbooks.
That’s why everything we do is built around real conversations—preparing you, practicing with you, and helping you show up confidently in the moments that matter.
